Powder coating and anodizing are done by our finishing partner and managed by us from start to finish, so your project comes back ready to install and you still work with one shop.

Zinc Coating

Zinc coating is applied in house at our Vernon, NJ shop. It provides durable corrosion protection for steel components by forming a sacrificial barrier against moisture and environmental exposure, extending part life and improving resistance to rust. Because we handle it ourselves, coated parts move straight into assembly instead of waiting on an outside vendor, which keeps your lead time shorter.

Anodizing

Anodizing provides a durable, corrosion-resistant finish for aluminum components while keeping a clean, uniform appearance. It hardens the surface, improves wear resistance, and allows for consistent color, which makes it a good fit for architectural, hospitality, and commercial parts. We coordinate anodizing through our finishing partner, so your parts come back ready to install and you still work with one shop.

Painting & Clear Coat

Painting and clear coating are done in our own shop, which keeps color matching, touch-ups, and lead times under our control. Painted finishes give you a flexible, cost-effective option for custom colors and textures on one-off projects and production runs alike. Clear coat is used when you want to keep the look of raw or polished metal while still protecting the surface from corrosion, fingerprints, and everyday wear.

Polishing

Polishing is handled in house as part of our finishing work. Polished finishes deliver a refined surface appearance while reducing visible imperfections, and they are commonly used for architectural features, signage, and decorative components where visual consistency and surface quality are critical.
