Yes. We provide design support and fabrication consulting to ensure your project is production-ready and optimized for manufacturing.

We accept common CAD formats including DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, PDF, and SolidWorks files.

Changes can be made before fabrication begins. Once production starts, revisions may affect cost and lead time.

We evaluate load requirements, environment, corrosion exposure, weight, and budget to recommend the best material — whether structural steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.

We fabricate with carbon steel, structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and sheet metal. Material selection depends on strength, corrosion resistance, weight, appearance, and application.

Yes. We provide on-site installation services for structural steel, commercial fabrication, and large custom metal projects when required.

Yes. Painting, clear coat, zinc coating and polishing are done in our shop. Powder coating and anodizing are done by our finishing partner and managed by us, so you still work with one shop and your parts come back ready to install.

Yes. We handle protective coatings, surface grinding, polishing and custom finishes in our shop, and coordinate powder coating and anodizing through our finishing partner.

MIG welding is ideal for structural steel and high-production projects. TIG welding offers precision and clean welds for stainless steel and aluminum. Robotic welding provides consistent, repeatable welds for large production runs. We select the best welding process based on material, strength requirements, and finish expectations.

Yes, and it's worth asking. The design decides whether a part gets laser cut and bent, tube lasered, welded, or some mix of those, and that drives the price. We do our CAD in house, so we'll look at your design and point out where a small change saves time or money before anything gets cut. If your design is already approved, we build it to the drawing.

We use modern fabrication equipment to achieve tight tolerances appropriate for structural and precision metal projects. Exact tolerances depend on material and process and are confirmed during quoting.
